Brief Description

IIMR is a small but growing NPC. Over the last 2 years a good foundation has been laid for development of our sub award line of business, our clinical trials program, and our prime award application project. IIMR is supported by a Board that is investing in research coordination support for both pre-approval and post-approval PI support, which has enhanced the NPO's ability to market research opportunities to local VA investigators.

The Indianapolis VAMC is a large comprehensive integrated health care system. Research and Development is supported by Indy-VAMC, but there are competing priorities for investigator time and effort, given the Veteran population's clinical needs.
