Thomas VA Medical Center in Ft. Thomas, KY. CFBRE (Cincinnati Foundation for Biomedical Research & Education) was established in 1991 as a independent 501C3. The name of the organization was changed to CERV in 2014. It is a small to medium size NPC averaging $1.3M to $2.2M.
