    The Cincinnati VA Medical Center's Research Division catchment area includes all of the Tri-State Areas of Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeastern Indiana as well as the Columbus VA Medical Center, the Chillicothe VA Medical Center and the Ft. Thomas VA Medical Center in Ft. Thomas, KY. CFBRE (Cincinnati Foundation for Biomedical Research & Education) was established in 1991 as a independent 501C3. The name of the organization was changed to CERV in 2014. It is a small to medium size NPC averaging $1.3M to $2.2M. As of today CERV has $1.5M in studies and Administrative accounts it currently supports. It has 3 Administrative FTE and supports over 7-15 Employees at any one time.
